For the portrait of Dolores Cacuango and Tránsito Amaguaña, I worked with gouache and color pencil. After doing research, I tried to represent them as an important element for the Ecuadorian indigenous people, using food, music and fire as part of a

For Helena Gualinga’s portrait, it was a mix of traditional and digital media. The effect was done by layers, as it was done like screen printing, but instead of doing all the manual process, the layers were scanned and put together on Photoshop.
